Mechanisms of Vascular Defects in Diabetes Mellitus synopsis

This book aims to bring together a group of renowned experts in vascular biology and diabetes, to integrate the current understanding of disease and pathophysiology of vascular disease in diabetes. This attempt is significant given the growing interest in this area as the spread of vascular disease continues to escalate globally. Patients with diabetes are more likely to have structural and functional changes in all vessel walls in the human body.

Vascular complications of diabetes are the main causes of both morbidity and mortality. In recent years, many articles have focused on developing our knowledge of the profound effect of hyperglycemia and insulin resistance on the construction of vasculitis, leading to diabetic dysfunction in diabetics.

Detailed reports on various disorders, can lead to high blood sugar, its treatments, adverse effects and complications. There are also studies that highlight the role of factors that stimulate blood vessel wall changes in hyperglycemia.

In this book, we try to discuss the evolution of vascular disease in diabetes in a unique way. We try to present a complete view of pathophysiology of vascular complications and then dissect each of the factors that play a key role in accelerating vascular wall changes in diabetes. Both of these factors have been negatively involved in the onset and progression of the disease to a large extent.

In this group for the first time all these factors will be described under a common umbrella. In addition, the text will stress the cause of microvascular complications of diabetes, such as retinopathy, neuropathy and nephropathy.

Drug treatments will also be reviewed to treat the weakness of blood vessels in diabetes. This abstract will hopefully be an invaluable alternative to dozens of literature on diabetes vascular disease and will be of great benefit to clinicians, academics, medical students and researchers. The book will be divided into seven sections, each of which emphasizes a common incentive to develop blood vessels diabetes. The first section deals with pathophysiology of diabetes, starting with an update on the global burden of diabetes and its vascular complications.

Pathophysiology and the cause of diabetes associated with macrovasculopopathy, how hyperglycemia acts as a hardening agent, the effects of hyperglycemia on the accumulation of smooth muscle in vascular lesions and genetic susceptibility to increase the risk of vascular disease in diabetes will be discussed in the following chapters of this section. The next section (section II) investigates the process of ventricular dysfunction under hyperglycemia, hyperglycemia, its effects on blood vessels, re-formation of blood vessels and wound healing.

The third series will highlight the molecular mechanisms underlying ventricular dysfunction, different pathways such as the nitric oxide pathway, the oxidative stress pathway, the renin-angiotensin system, and the increase in the production of oxides Above the blood vessels in the initiation and development of vascular disease in diabetes. This section also covers the role of endothelin, cytokines derived from the monocytes, peroxynitrate and adipokines in the blood vessel complications of diabetes.Magnetic factors such as end-glycation advanced products, atherogenic dyslipoproteinemia dyslipoproteinemia, and homocysteine in section IV, will be reviewed while an overview of hemostatic factors Such as platelet weakness, thrombin formation caused by hyperglycemia and abnormal thromboembolism will be placed in section 6 of section 6 and includes chapters on complications of diabetes that include long-term complications of diabetes affecting small blood vessels in the eye, Neurological. The mechanism and mechanisms for these complications will be described in detail here.

The last section (section 7) of the book will consider the mechanism of action of drugs to treat endocrine dysfunction in diabetes that will explain the treatment of fat-regulating drugs such as cholesterol-lowering drugs, as well as other treatments such as ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptors, insulin, metformin and their effects on strengthening Function of blood vessels in diabetes.
