Clinical Cases in Coronary Rotational Atherectomy synopsis

This concise practical guide is designed to facilitate clinical decision-making in the management of rotary placentaectomy procedures by reviewing a number of cases and identifying the various diagnostic and administrative decisions open to physicians. This will be well illustrated but concise, enabling the reader to obtain relevant information regarding both normal and unusual situations in a quick and easy-to-digest format.

Each case will also include narrative descriptions and patient management tips. Coronary artery resection ("rotablator") is used to treat severely calcified lesions within the coronary arteries at the time of transcutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).

Pests that are treated improperly may not be expandable by balloons. The stents that are implanted in such lesions are at great risk for coagulation of acute stents and stent failure.

However, the treatment of rotablator is a high risk and presents unique challenges to meddlers. Complications are usually uncommon.

However, when they occur, they tend to be catastrophic. In this case, we offer a series of rotablator cases: basic and complex cases, hard cases, complications and unusual cases. Although all PCI operators have a degree of experience in this treatment, each operator is unlikely to have much experience due to the cost of the device and the risk involved.

Therefore, this book will provide intruders with a valuable set of cases that can help them manage patients who plan to treat with a medical nerve excision.
