Endocrine and Hormonal Toxicology synopsis

This is the first book to look at the integrated role of the classical endocrine system and hormones (including those of tissue outside the glands system), and this is the first book to consider the integrated role of the classical endocrine system and hormones (including those of tissue outside the glands system) Classical deafness) in toxicity responses. Despite the emphasis on the latest endocrine knowledge as target members and the mechanical and molecular basis of toxicity in these devices, endocrine and hormonal toxicology have been written to cover toxic responses at the whole body level by means of endocrine or hormonal mechanisms.

This whole body, multi-member approach greatly expands the importance of this volume to toxic scientists. After a preliminary section on adenotoxic types including primary, secondary and indirect mechanisms, the following section deals with endocrine devices as toxic targets.

International contributions focus on the pituitary gland, thyroid gland, thyroid gland, adrenal gland, adrenal gland, ovary and pancreas, and on the comparative carcinogenesis of the endocrine. A third section of the book develops a whole body approach. The chapters are devoted to the hormonal mechanisms of toxicity of the immune, nervous, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and reproductive organs, as well as the liver, kidneys and skin.

The last section covers human and environmental health perspectives that discuss endocrine disrupting chemicals, hormonal mechanisms in breast cancer and current regulatory trends in endocrinology and hormonal hormones. The comprehensive nature of endocrine toxins and hormonal hormones makes them available to both specialized and general toxicologists, and those who are in the fields of endocrinology, pharmacology and pathology..
