Vibe loves her pet, Betty # 2 (named Betty # 1, she can rest in peace), lists her, and her favorite friend Sage. But when Camille, a tall French girl, arrives at school with unusual lunches, Foib's friendship with Sage does not seem to be as important anymore.

Thanks to Camille, Phoebe discovers goat cheese, lettuce lettuce, and coriander (although she is convinced that this is not a real word). She is determined to get an invitation to her new boyfriend's house for dinner to see what other mysterious foods Camille is eating.
