Political emotions explore the contributions of the study of rhetoric, rhetoric, and the framing of emotion to understand the public sphere, civil society and the political sphere. Addressing criticisms of public and private opposition, the chapters in this volume examine why some feelings are assessed in public communication while others are judged misplaced, and how to mobilize feelings for political processes.

Based on the work of the University of Texas-Austin Public Emotional Research Group and Harmony at a new seminar on communications, this volume brings together young scientists from various fields of study, including sociology, gender studies and anthropology. Art and new media.
