Political Emotions synopsis
Political emotions explore the contributions of the study of rhetoric, rhetoric, and the framing of emotion to understand the public sphere, civil society and the political sphere. Addressing criticisms of public and private opposition, the chapters in this volume examine why some feelings are assessed in public communication while others are judged misplaced, and how to mobilize feelings for political processes.
