Recoding Expansion of Decoding Rules Enriches Gene Expression synopsis
The literature on re-coding is scattered, so this great book needs to be done by conducting modern, comprehensive and credible reviews of the many types of re-coding phenomena. Between 1961 and 1966, my colleagues and I thought of the genetic code in Escherichia coli, and showed that the genetic code is the same in E.
coli, xenopus laevis, and guinea pig tissue. These results showed that the code was introduced during evolution and strongly suggested that the symbol should appear very early during biological evolution, that all life forms on earth descended from ancestor c, and that all life on this planet was linked to each other.
Information in the DNA and retrieval of information for each new generation, because it is easier to make a new object over repair one aging, one defect. Later, small means of standard genetic code were found in some organisms and in mitochondria.
DNA mitochondria encodes about 10-13 proteins only, so some modifications in the genetic code are potentially tolerated if they are applied to thousands of types of proteins encoded by genetic DNA.
