The Correspondence of Isaac Newton 1709 synopsis

This fifth volume presents the remaining correspondence of nearly four years which, from a bibliographical point of view, is the most important time in Newton's life: with Roger Coates, Newton revised his book Philosophise Naturalis Principia Mathematics and saw it through the press. Newton-Coates, one of the letters, is the largest and most important section of Newton's scientific correspondence. Elsewhere, one can testify to Newton in a detailed discussion of scientific controversy and scientific conclusions - a debate that has never been triumphant.

Nowhere else does Newton write in detail about the text of Principia. All scientists agree that this text, drafted between Cotes and Newton, was the most important of all printed and non-printed versions.

This (for all purposes and purposes) was a later history manager.
