He argues that the traditions identified by the names "scientific science" and "Christian faith" both embody a great truth - a fact of universal credibility and importance - but both facts have distorted them, fueling the conflict between visions of scientific and Christian societies.
However, Griffin asserts that there is no inherent conflict between science, or even the nature of nature that it correctly assumes, and Christian faith, the concept in terms of the basic principles of good Christian news.
