Umpoled Synthons synopsis

The purpose of this book is to provide chemists who plan their artificial methods manually with information on some of the new padded synthons. The introductory chapter examines, in general, the use of synthons in the layout of organic compositions. The conclusion presented is a fairly detailed list of generally comfortable synthons, however, non-extraneous to the contents of the main book.

A large part of the book is devoted to acetyl, hydroxyl carbonyl anions and related anions, carbonyl cation, carbonyl-anions. Another group consists of carbanionic synthons in which a carbon atom holds ateromatom bonded individually (O, S, N, or halogen).

In the appropriate chapters, the above responses are cleared with emphasis on aspects related to artificial use. The book concludes with a tabular presentation of the known applications of these synthons, with relevant data on sources, reagents, yields and limitations..
