Catalogue corrections

Use the subject “Catalogue correction” and include the BookEpub page URL, ISBN, the detail you believe is incorrect and a reliable source for the correction. Distinguish a different edition from an error in the edition shown. Archived records may describe historical information.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request”. Describe the request and, where necessary, the correspondence or page concerned. Start with the minimum information needed to locate the issue. Do not send passwords, payment details, full identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. Any identity check should be proportionate to the request. Read our privacy policy.

Copyright and removal requests

Use the subject “Copyright concern” and follow the information checklist on our copyright page. We need a specific page or image URL and an explanation of the rights concerned; a book title alone may not identify the material.

Purchases and downloads

BookEpub is a book discovery catalogue. We do not process orders, payments, refunds or library loans. Contact the retailer or library that handled your transaction for help with a purchase, account, loan or file. Do not send us Amazon or library login details.

What to expect

We review correspondence relevant to BookEpub and may ask for enough information to understand a request. We do not promise round-the-clock support or a fixed response time for general enquiries. Any statutory response deadline that applies to a valid privacy or legal request takes priority.
